This course will also contain an IT Case Study to provide a project experience for each candidate.  Each candidate will contact the applicable stakeholders within the project to ensure they develop a Develop a Project Charter/Business Plan, Confirm the Requirements and Architecture, Develop the SOW and gain approval, Develop a Two-Stage Project Plan (Design and Planning and Execution), and a Milestone Plan, all combined which are formally known in the IT Industry as the "Execution Package".

Additionally, we will show you how to register with PMI, fill out your online profile, ensure you translate your experience into the project time for manditory hours, joining a local chapter and their benefits, and guidance on the PMP exam.  There is typically membership fee, chapter fee, and if you write the exam, we explain what is needed after you register your profile (PDUs needed annually, conferences and their benefits, and fees involved in exam), and how the CAPM exam will be handled.
